Player One is a bright white that can be used alone for an eye-catching moment or mixed with any other Play Pigment to lighten the color.How to Use: This is a matte, blendable, buildable pigmented product that can be worn opaquely or sheered out. Play Pigments also mix well with each other to create new colors. Apply with our Play Pigment Liner Brushes, your favorite sponge, or tap lightly with your fingers for a more diffused look.
Trixie's Pro Tip:To create custom shades, mix Player One to lighten or Game Over to deepen. Pair with the Play Pigment Liner Brush Set to create precise graphic lines. Play Pigments are best blended quickly after application.

These regulations currently only apply to the US and are considered safe in other countries such as Europe, South America, Africa, the Middle East, and Canada. The purpose of these colorants is to achieve a more vibrant hue and finish without the use of carmine, an ingredient made of crushed beetles, in order to ensure the formula is vegan.
