Loved it
I sent my daughter an egiftcard on Christmas and had 1 letter wring on email address. She never received it. I was of course charged.I sent numerous emails with correct email and called hot line no. with the promise it would be taken care of. As of Jan 9, it's still not done. Will still keep trying. But sadly no longer a customer.
I used my Trixie gift card to buy some gorgeous color palettes and I love them!

I just tried purchasing a digital gift card thinking it would be instant delivery to my email but it's been well over an hour and the FAQ page states in a few minutes. I checked all my inboxes, including spam, and nothing. To be fair I was met with a message the warehouse would be closed 12/21-1/06 but would not have thought it included digital gift cards. Even writing the help desk, a message in the auto-reply states they are instant after stating the warehouse is closed. So it is a little confusing whether or not you can get a gift card as a last minute gift for the holidays when that's literally the front page of the website right now lol.
The person to whom I gave the certificate too loved it. She uses Trixie Cosmetics.
