I REALLY like this palette. It’s a great design fits in my hand fine, not too heavy. The colors were gorgeous in the YouTube demo (what a great look, Trixie), but they’re so much more vibrant in person. They feel good going on, and they pack on easy

10/10 excellent service

international reshipping (to germany) is pretty pricy but from my experience nothing out of the ordinary. everyone was super helpful and nice! If there was a more convenient way to track the package when it switches postal services that would be great (the tracking broke down and I didn't get a notification + the slip for me to pick up the package got lost - perfect storm, not really anyone's fault but still a bummer)
