Red Scare is IT. Not only does it glide on like a smooth satin dream, it stays put for HOURS. No joke, I put it on at noon, and over the course of 5 hours, I had two Red Bulls, one grapefruit Bubly, and many, many Mary Jane smoke breaks. By 5pm, I went to reapply the lipstick, and I didn’t need to. Goddamnit, Trixie, how do you do it?
The shade itself is a classic but popping red, like the cherry bombs we all know we are. Depending on your skin tone, it may appear brighter or richer, but either way, you’re gonna be noticed while wearing Red Scare. And you should be noticed, because you are amazing.
This is my first purchase from Trixie Cosmetics and it absolutely did not disappoint. The color is amazing and the formula makes this my new favorite! It is so light weight and it mattes down without feeling overly dry. I like that I can use it with a lip liner and wear it as a bold red lip, or I can apply it in the center of my lips and blend it out and it gives a nice soft stain look. I don't have much money, so it is important to me to know that I'm spending my money on good quality products and I definitely feel like I got my money's worth and then some!
I've been using red scare for two years. It's the only lipstick that I use now. I did my order from Chile, it took only three weeks and everything arrived perfectly, even with a blush palette for free!! It was absolutely worth the wait and delivery feel lol 💖
