      How to Use: Trace the natural shape of the lip to outline using the precision tip and press lips into place to set the shape. For a contoured lip look, fill in the corners of the mouth and smudge lips together until desired blend is achieved. Fill in empty space with desired lipstick and blend or top with lip gloss.

      Trixie’s Pro Tip: For a more dimensional look, pair with a lipstick of a lighter shade. For a glossier lip, top with the desired gloss.

The formula is absolutely amazing. It is one of the best lip liners I have ever used, however the pencil is hard to sharpen and get a crisp point without the trixie sharpener.

Leans orange

Lovely formula as with the other 9 to 5 liners, creamy, workable, long lasting, no pilling - I am a fan. I was going for a light browny neutral colour to blend out HR hunny and this is not her, she's a little more orange than I had expected, but having said that it's really growing on me and I find it a very flattering wearable orange - think, rusty burnt umber but subtle. Looks fab with a terracotta blush.

I can't get these to work

I love the color of this pencil but it skips a lot on me. It's not smooth at all. I love the design but it's kind of waxy. For $18 I expect an even, constant line. The liner also doesn't feather well. I've tried exfoliating my lips and keeping a sharp tip but it never looks good. It makes me sad because I think they're super cute (I bought several of the 9 to 5 pencils) the consistency is just not it

Beautiful color and really nice formula it blends nicely into other lipsticks, perfect pairing with the Kimberly lipstick
