How To Use

Gently dip the brush into product, make practice strokes on hand or clean surface to ensure desired effect. Use HL-32 or preferred brush to create a design as simple as a winged liner or as intricate as a checkerboard.
Trixie's Pro Tip: Using the clean end of a brush, scoop out a small amount of Hotline Gel Liner and deposit onto the back of your hand before returning the disc and closing the cap securely. This will help your product last longer, and the heat from your hand helps Hotline apply more smoothly and evenly.

This is the best cosmetic. I haven't found anything similar to Egyptian coal liner until now. This saves me a lot of time getting ready because the formula is genius. I've never found a contemporary liner until now. This brown liner is an essential! I use it on my lash line, lips, contour and brows depending on the look. This goes on smoothly and easily and looks great, too. But about two hours after I applied, I touched my eye and it all rubbed off. I was left with one eye with a wing and one eye without for the rest of the day. After two hours, it should have been set.
Super pigmented and didnt smudge at all! Dries down super matte which is perfect!
