How To Use

Gently dip the brush into product, make practice strokes on hand or clean surface to ensure desired effect. Use HL-32 or preferred brush to create a design as simple as a winged liner or as intricate as a checkerboard.
Trixie's Pro Tip: Using the clean end of a brush, scoop out a small amount of Hotline Gel Liner and deposit onto the back of your hand before returning the disc and closing the cap securely. This will help your product last longer, and the heat from your hand helps Hotline apply more smoothly and evenly.

I use this with thin brush as my eyeliner. It stays on. It might not be as perfect as when you first apply. It will be on the next morning. You'd have to really clean it hard with micellar water to make sure it all came off completely
Awesome quality
Trixie did her big one with this! Matte black with ease of application. I've had the liner for over a month and I am very pleased. Went on my top and bottom lid so smoothly. The protection white cap keeps the liner moist so I know I'll use all the product. Works better than any pencil liner or liquid liner that I've tried. If you watch Trixie's YouTube review of the product, the information is factual. No lie told!
I like the application of this liner using the angled liner brush but it is not very smudge proof. If you accidentally wipe your eyes if will smear.
This is the my first time using gel liner. I also bought a brush. This is by far the best dang eyeliner I’ve ever used in my 47 years on earth.
Applies smooth, dries matte, sweat proof and CRYPROOF!!! Love so much I got my 82 year old mother on to it. Her eyeliner game has been lack luster for 40 years.
I use for a SIMPLE beat and it’s worth every penny.
