How To Use

Lightly dip your Y-14 Highlighter Brush into the highlighter, tapping off excess to avoid fallout. Apply in areas you would like to highlight, such as cheekbones, brow bone, nose, cupid’s bow, or the inner corner of eyes. Use a clean brush or your fingers to blend for a seamless look. For more intensity, repeat in layers until you achieve your desired glow. Finish with a setting spray to keep highlighter in place.

Love the shade cold shoulder. Got it last year during the winter sale. It's even better than diamond bomb (the super expensive one from Rihanna). It looks almost wet on the face. You can use it as a highlighter or as a shimmer for the eyes. I really hope they bring back the cold shoulder shade. It is universally flattering and perfect to take a look to the next level.
