Available in two colors, this smooth, smudge-resistant formula is Trixie Mattel approved (yes she uses it daily). This long-lasting black gel liner dries almost instantly with little to no budge.
How to Use:
Gently dip the desired brush into product, make practice strokes on hand or clean surface to ensure desired effect. Use HL-32 or preferred brush to create a design as simple as a winged liner or as intricate as a checkerboard.Trixie's Pro Tip:
Using the clean end of a brush, scoop out a small amount of Hotline Gel Liner and deposit onto the back of your hand before returning the disc and closing the cap securely. When I tell you the quality of this eyeliner is INSANE, I mean it. I wear this to the gym and use the dry sauna after and Mary, she barely even budges. It's so comfortable I completely forget that I'm even wearing eyeliner. But no fear, even when I rub my eyes it doesn't budge. I wore this in drag for a convention in the DMV heat last month and it lasted ALL DAY, no touch-ups. I cannot and will not shut up about this eyeliner to my friends.

As someone with EXTREMELY oily eyelids, hot line is one of the 2 eyeliners that stays in place all day. And it’s my favorite because of how it applies!!
The tiniest amount goes a long way
Incredible liner, my favourite gel liner and my current daily driver. Goes on so so easy, so black and matter. I love it to death and it's makes ever precise graphic looks very doable. That said I find it can transfer a lil to my upper lid across a days blinking and often some get end up in my water liner corner when I didn't put it there at the beginning of the day.
