  • Product Description

Your new favorite eyeliner is calling!! Meet Hotline Gel Liner, an ultra-matte, pigment rich, quick-drying gel liner. Available in two colors, this smooth, smudge-resistant formula is Trixie Mattel approved (yes she uses it daily). This long-lasting black gel liner dries almost instantly with little to no budge.

      How to Use:
Gently dip the desired brush into product, make practice strokes on hand or clean surface to ensure desired effect. Use HL-32 or preferred brush to create a design as simple as a winged liner or as intricate as a checkerboard.

      Trixie's Pro Tip:
Using the clean end of a brush, scoop out a small amount of Hotline Gel Liner and deposit onto the back of your hand before returning the disc and closing the cap securely. This will help your product last longer, and the heat from your hand helps Hotline apply more smoothly and evenly.

Literally the most revolutionary makeup product in the entire Herstory of cosmetics.

Excellent quality, super cute packaging, and of course reasonable price considering it’s a groundbreaking item with no others like it on the market.

Better then the rest

The blackest and smoothest black matte eyeliner and the whitest white matte liner I've tried! I absolutely love them both! And the brush is amazing as well! I love how fine of a point or stroke I can get with the brush, and the eyeliners dry down wonderfully. I just hope they restock faster then their other products, bcuz I'm definitely gonna need more of these! (And hopefully other colors as well!) Please! 🙏🙂

Trixie, you sneaky thing! You’re naughty! hiding your development these amazing eyeliners!

I recommend to every woman on the planet to get this eyeliner. It stays in place. It’s flexible, malleable it’s amazing. It is the best eyeliner I have ever used. It’s my go-to, and my husband knows not to move them from where they are located in their cute boxes in our marital bathroo, right next to my hello Kitty light up make up mirror that charges my phone! Sorry Trixie! Everyone, Including men and women LGBTQI, everyone should buy these black and white eyeliners!!!! f you do not buy these eyeliners, you are missing out! The white has long lasting bright and amazing quality. A little goes along way, and it lays down like butter on eyes, And don’t even get me started on the black color eyeliner it brings me to cheers. I’m so proud for Trixie. It’s smooth like Butter and is black Creamy and stays on all day long give it a little time to dry before you open your eyes or and layers just Slap your eyeliner on and it not dry fast enough and not get the liner effect that happens with any eyeliner no matter what eyeliner you use that is an eyeliner! Lastly, you need to come out with the whole launch of different colors be careful be selective, but a beautiful purple dark purple would work wonderfully or dark blue navy even people wear red eyeliner. Some people were green eyeliner, but just make sure you pick the right colors maybe even glitter one of every color you made eyeliner color with glitter. I hope you bring out more of this product and please can you bring back the hair clips for the love of goodness sakes?! I loved my hair pins. You should slightly alter them. Bring them back please I beg of you, Trixie

Not for oily skin

The eyeliner fades and transfers into my crease for that surprised-clown look. I have admittedly somewhat oily eyelids, but nothing I've tried with powder or primer has worked to keep this in place and looking dark black.
