      Your new favorite eyeliner is calling!! Meet Hotline Gel Liner, an ultra-matte, pigment rich, quick-drying gel liner. Available in two colors, this smooth, smudge-resistant formula is Trixie Mattel approved (yes she uses it daily). This long-lasting black gel liner dries almost instantly with little to no budge.

      How to Use:
      Gently dip the desired brush into product, make practice strokes on hand or clean surface to ensure desired effect. Use HL-32 or preferred brush to create a design as simple as a winged liner or as intricate as a checkerboard.

      Trixie's Pro Tip:
      Using the clean end of a brush, scoop out a small amount of Hotline Gel Liner and deposit onto the back of your hand before returning the disc and closing the cap securely. This will help your product last longer, and the heat from your hand helps Hotline apply more smoothly and evenly.

Amazing

I wear gothic makeup LITERALLY every single day. I need an eyeliner that's gonna hold up because I use a LOT. This is an amazing liner. I usually use a pen liner (I will be trying the new one from Trixie ASAP), so there is a bit of a learning curve for me, but it has been easy and beautiful. I love how black and matte this is - and you can reline without taking the previous liner off. So gorg.

So good you can weld in it

I’ve been wearing a winged eye for about 18 years so I’ve tried my share of black liners. I am quite pleased with this liner! I am a welder that typically welds in make up and even in very very hot conditions this stays pretty well put on my oily face. When I’m not welding it stays put well throughout the day! Highly recommend. Will repurchase.

Thick & glorious. It's so soft in the pot that you need to be careful not to put too much on your brush. The black itself is dark & beautiful. Just lovely. Not for the inexperienced though.
