Available in two colors, this smooth, smudge-resistant formula is Trixie Mattel approved (yes she uses it daily). This long-lasting black gel liner dries almost instantly with little to no budge.

      How to Use:
      Gently dip the desired brush into product, make practice strokes on hand or clean surface to ensure desired effect. Use HL-32 or preferred brush to create a design as simple as a winged liner or as intricate as a checkerboard.

      Trixie's Pro Tip:
      Using the clean end of a brush, scoop out a small amount of Hotline Gel Liner and deposit onto the back of your hand before returning the disc and closing the cap securely. This will help your product last longer, and the heat from your hand helps Hotline apply more smoothly and evenly.

Underwhelming Unfortunately

I wanted this to be my new go to, but it doesn't seem to be working out that way sadly. I've been using gel eyeliner pots for years, and it seemed for a while that all the drugstore versions were being discontinued left and right, so I jumped on this for the price and size ratio being pretty good. Brand new from the packaging, it was black-black and smooth applying, but within the week I found it slowly losing the creaminess and turning moreso into a putty texture. Great for eyeshadow, not for precision liner. I followed the advice from the promo video and kept the white seal and pulled only what I needed from the pot and closed it right back up. After 2 months, it is difficult to lay down without it balling up and crumbling, and the formula won't play nice when I've tried to rehydrate it with industry standard thinners like Mehron and Inglot. Overall, it's a miss for me. Though I'll give credit where credit is due, it does not budge once it's dried down.

as a serious eyeliner connoisseur who works as a server and bartender, I wear a LOT of eyeliner. The emo phase gave me eyeliner and I never gave it up. This is an eyeliner that is not only BLACK, it lasts through double and triple shifts, sweating, mental breakdowns (I do cry a lot), and constantly-watery eyes from allergies. Probably one of the blackest black eyeliners I’ve ever used. Doesn’t budge once it’s dried down, and never creases on my eyes. Would love a restock soon :’)
