This product contains certain shades that are formulated with pressed pigments. These differ from a typical eyeshadow formula in that they do not contain filler ingredients and are used to achieve more vibrant shades. Because of this, pressed pigments have colorants that tend to cause staining on the skin and are recommended to not be used in the immediate eye area according to the US FDA. These regulations currently only apply to the US and are considered safe in other regions such as Europe, South America, Africa, the Middle East, and Canada. In cosmetics, carmine, an ingredient made of crushed beetles, is used to achieve shades of red, pink, and purple. Certain colorants are often substituted in place of carmine to create the same shades while also ensuring the formula is vegan.
These colorants include Red 6, Red 6 Lake, Red 7, Red 7 Lake, Red 21 Lake, Red 22 Lake, Red 27, Red 27 Lake, Red 28, Red 28 Lake, Yellow 6 Lake, Yellow 10 Lake and/or Silver.

STOP IT RIGHT NOW. I ordered this palette because I've been stuck in a rut with neutrals and my taupes, and my few purples just were not cutting it anymore for the pop of fun I needed right now. This palette seemed to encompass all of the shades that I've been missing in one sleek package. Now, I'm all about cute packaging, and I wasn't quite sure about this one based on that there weren't any clear photos of the outside design, but I went with my gut being that this is called "Girl Talk" and I trust Trixie to deliver. When I opened my delivery package, I actually teared up, it is so perfect! Not only does it remind me of the Girl Talk games and accessories (that my parents never bought!) but it's like one of my old Casio Secret Sender digital organizers I DID have as a youth. I mean, how could one item encompass so much joy? Oh, and it has generously-sized highly-pigmented eyeshadows to coordinate with this mood? Sorry, just getting a little verklempt over here... I love her so much!

The colours on this palette just pop, and you don't need to use a lot to get and intense colour. The wearability is great as well, had the shadows on all day in the heat, and did a show, and it was as bright at the end of the day as it was at the beginning.
The customer service team are also sweethearts and are super helpful 💗
