The way these shimmer toppers work as a product has completely exceeded all my expectations, light, comfortable, and so easy to wear in a million different ways. When Trixie says stay the night, she means it! As a test I did a suuuupper light layer over the whole lid with nothing underneath, just a subtle sparkle in the right light, when I tell you it lasted, I mean 3 full days in significant humidity! And it might have lasted longer if I hadn't wiped it off. I am completely obsessed and will be buying all the other shades - this is easily my fave TC product and I have quite a lot. Colour wise, these were a little different to what I had hoped, Apre She is a stunning champagne slightly cool toned gold, but Jackie frost is basically blue on me, you loose all the white in a thin application, and nice aspen also reads more blue then purple, making the two pretty similar when used lightly. Of course if you go in with think layer the colour difference is more obvious. So keep that in mind when choosing - neverthless, totally love these and will just use them in a different way than planned - will have to keep looking for my perfect white glitter topper!
All three were very reflective and shimmering with just one layer.
These are great for quick fun makeup. They do dry fast, but not instantly, so there is time to correct when you mess up the application. They are a lot more subtle than I thought they would be which is an asset! (I wasn't planning on being able to wear these to work, but now I'm thinking I could!)
Love these, they make for a stand out look with so little effort! I get compliments every time I wear one of these.
One or two swipes is all you need for your makeup to be poppin. It dries hecka fast so it doesn't blend but it's great for when you don't want to put a lot of effort into your eyeshadow. I also used it on my lips and it came out looking awesome.
