Available in two colors, this smooth, smudge-resistant formula is Trixie Mattel approved (yes she uses it daily). This long-lasting black gel liner dries almost instantly with little to no budge.

      How to Use:
      Gently dip the desired brush into product, make practice strokes on hand or clean surface to ensure desired effect. Use HL-32 or preferred brush to create a design as simple as a winged liner or as intricate as a checkerboard.

      Trixie's Pro Tip:
      Using the clean end of a brush, scoop out a small amount of Hotline Gel Liner and deposit onto the back of your hand before returning the disc and closing the cap securely. This will help your product last longer, and the heat from your hand helps Hotline apply more smoothly and evenly.

One of the best gel liner

I love using gel liners, it's the best for dramatic eyes. My issue with gel liners is that sometimes it can bleed at the outer corner of my eyes even when I set it with black shadow. I would have to clean up my eyes within a few hours. I have been using this gel liner for a while and I wanted to wait to make sure I wasn't making it seem like the best liner I used. But it's true, this gel liner doesn't budge, smudge or bleed. I don't have to worry about my liner bleeding. I am super impressed and can't wait to buy more.

Buy with angled brush!

I have not tried before gel liners, and this texture is interesting. I bought it along with the angled brush because I knew I was going to need the right tool to apply it properly, and was not wrong. Has to be worked quick because it dries fast, but the brush makes it very easy, the lines are precise and doesn't smudge

Brand new to gel liner

I’ve used liquid liner for over 15 years and wanted to give gel liner a shot. There’s a learning curve but it’s a creamy and saturated black. Minus one star because my inner corner was smudged onto my lower lid after a few hours.

Absolutely love

Bought with an angled liner brush. It is the easiest formula to work with. Most gel liners are hard to get a consistent color without a skip in pigment. Goes on super smooth and dries matte.

Wanted to love it but unfortunately it’s not good

This eyeliner is smudge city. I don’t know why I had so many issues but I ended up with black smudges all over my face after using this liner. It applied smoothly enough but never seemed to set. Not sure if I got a bad batch? I wish it worked as I have liked other products from this brand but this was a flop.
