Available in two colors, this smooth, smudge-resistant formula is Trixie Mattel approved (yes she uses it daily). This long-lasting black gel liner dries almost instantly with little to no budge.

      How to Use:
      Gently dip the desired brush into product, make practice strokes on hand or clean surface to ensure desired effect. Use HL-32 or preferred brush to create a design as simple as a winged liner or as intricate as a checkerboard.

      Trixie's Pro Tip:
      Using the clean end of a brush, scoop out a small amount of Hotline Gel Liner and deposit onto the back of your hand before returning the disc and closing the cap securely. This will help your product last longer, and the heat from your hand helps Hotline apply more smoothly and evenly.

Incredible liner, my favourite gel liner and my current daily driver. Goes on so so easy, so black and matter. I love it to death and it's makes ever precise graphic looks very doable. That said I find it can transfer a lil to my upper lid across a days blinking and often some get end up in my water liner corner when I didn't put it there at the beginning of the day.

My Search Is Over!

I have been looking for a solid black liner for my drag makeup for what feels like forever. Other gel liners dry out before you're even half way through the pot. Liquid liner pens get too gummed up by the layers of makeup I already have on my face. But this gel liner is amazing! It goes on smoothly and dries to a deep dark matte with little to no patchiness. My only complaint is that the white isn't as fabulous.
