Really comfortable on the lips but even with a liner I've noticed it bleeds and feathers out on my skin

Bought this for the nostalgia

I added this black liquid lipstick (in addition to getting mom’s Red Scare) because I used to wear a lot of black lipstick in high school. It’s a true black and goes on so easy! I can’t put on makeup to save my life and I was able to get this applied and looking good almost instantly. It smells great too! Dried matte and is easy to remove, with minimal transfer when eating/drinking. And it’s vegan! I’m hooked, and will be getting more Trixie cosmetics. She’s clearly obsessive on details, like me.

Good lipstick, but...

Okay, so overall this is a really nice lipstick. It applies smoothly and it has a liquidy formula that makes it easy to reapply if needed. I also didn't find it as drying as other matte lipsticks. I didn't find it to be gray or anything either. The applicator is okay, I didn't think it was mindblowing but it works with the formula. But the lipstick is definitely not transfer-proof. I was hoping for a lipstick I could kiss my boyfriend with without transferring any of it, since black lipstick can be a pain to get off of your face. With the motion required for kissing, it leaves a little smudge. It also transfers onto water bottles sometimes, and if you try to eat a sandwich, most of it will be gone by the end. Not a bad lipstick at all, but at this point, my standards for lipsticks that dry down are very much in the realm of Maybelline's vinyl inks, and this unfortunately does not have that staying power.
