How To Use

Gently dip the brush into product, make practice strokes on hand or clean surface to ensure desired effect. Use HL-32 or preferred brush to create a design as simple as a winged liner or as intricate as a checkerboard.
Trixie's Pro Tip: Using the clean end of a brush, scoop out a small amount of Hotline Gel Liner and deposit onto the back of your hand before returning the disc and closing the cap securely. This will help your product last longer, and the heat from your hand helps Hotline apply more smoothly and evenly.

Love this product like no other
I loved this liner for months. I used it all the time. But unfortunately, it completely dried out (even though I keep the plastic seal on always). I bought one for me, and one for my mom, and hers dried out too. I tried to reactivate it with setting spray but now the liner is clumpy, hard and patchy. I am extremely disappointed because I was expecting this product to hold up to its hype and actually last until it's gone.
So I've tried the black, white, and brown version of these both as eyeliner and as a brow promade and honestly the black/brown has become my daily go-to for brows. I use a small angled brush and a layer of powder on top to prevent any smudging. I did notice the brown one I recently ordered was very soft and didn't need to be "rehydrated" at any point thus far. But I will say, the black one was just as good even after the slight "shrinkage" and crumbly-ness lol. I'd been using drops of the Inglot Duraline sealant to revive it or even baby oil in a pinch, but it's worth a try too!
To be fair, I DID love it, before it completely dried out in about 3 months. If you go through that whole pot in that time, maybe it's okay for you but I don't use that much eyeliner. While it was hydrated it was very smooth and did glide on, and you had just enough work time to smoke it out if you wanted before it dried. Stayed on super well too, just wish it lasted longer because it's too expensive to repurchase every couple of months.
