Holy Grail bronzer. It blends beautifully over makeup, and on bare skin. Cream bronzer is too heavy for me, and powder bronzers are usually too dry for my mature skin. (Hi old!) Flower Power gives me warmth without looking dry. The 01 shade is IT for the pale queens. The dual shades are perfect for customizing your glow, and the little stripe of highlighter makes this gorgeous compact perfect for travel.
This product blends so well and works great with my skin tone but I think the best part is that it stays on well through out the day. And obviously the packaging is flawless. If other cosmetics start coming out, I'm going bankrupt I guess but I'll look fabulous!
My skin doesn't get along well with complexion products. Things like to bunch up, streak, or otherwise make me look like a crocodile. Flower Power? None of that mess. It sinks right into my skin, layers beautifully, and blends beautifully.
Most bronzers are way too orange for my neutral-light skin. This one is the perfect middle ground between 'sun-kissed' and 'shadow.' I can contour with it without looking like like a Cheez-It, and I can bronze with it without looking muddy. Having two shades in the same palette is fantastic. You can deepen up the darkest edges of your face without caking product on.
And the highlighter? Perfect. It's pearly and velvety, not glittery or oily-wet. I've never managed to hit pan with a bronzer before getting sick of its crap, but I'm certain I will with this one.
I agree with most reviewers that the darling daisy bronzer goes on really smooth and is not too dark/orange. It really is nice. You also get a ton of product because of the pan size, but I would be careful about transporting it. I took it with me on a flight after having it for about a week and it shattered in my checked bag. I contacted the Trixie Cosmetics office and they replaced it for free (thank you!!), but next time I will put it in my carry on.
i swear with all the bronzers i’ve tried, this one is TOP TIER. i’ve tried the best ones, from mac to hoola to whatever other influencer cr*p. nothing beats trixie. packaging? 1000/10. size!? 10000/10. it’s so smooth & so beautiful & goes on so nicely. i’ve applied it on dewy & set skin & it’s beautiful. the 2 shades help give u a more natural definition if you play around with the colours & the highlight!? stunning. i mean what else can you expect from trixie? miss thing slays every time & i never regret buying her products.
