How to Use: Trace the natural shape of the lip to outline using the precision tip and press lips into place to set the shape. For a contoured lip look, fill in the corners of the mouth and smudge lips together until desired blend is achieved. Fill in empty space with desired lipstick and blend or top with lip gloss.

I love it this color
A lovely, creamy lip liner - I am very fussy on texture but this is really something. No pilling or rough edges and it is comfortable enough to be worn all over the lips. I didn't have the same issue as in a previous review, it sharpens well in the heart sharpener for me. Also once applied you have a little play time to blend before it really sets down but after a minute or so it ain't budging. FYI looks gorge with Red Scare to deepen out the edges.
Love this liner! Better quality than the more expensive liners I have
Let me start by saying I have high expectations when it comes to lip liner. I'm a daily red lipstick lady, so it's important to me that I can build a long-lasting foundation to my other lip makeup. TLDR; not perfect, but the matte formula is worth checking it out.
THE GOOD:
The product/formula is soft and comfortable to apply.
It doesn't contribute to transfer or fading.
It's truly matte, so if you overdraw your lips a little there's no satiny spotlights at the edge of your perfect artistic interpretation of your lip shape.
THE BAD:
Because it's soft, I have found it to be difficult to sharpen. (A few sharpened tips have gotten left behind in my sharpener) Also, the product has kind of folded in half during application. Never had the latter happen with any other brand!
Once it sets, I find it to be quite drying on my lips. Not as bad as a liquid lipstick, but I still have to prep with extra lip balm.
Other info: I'm fair with neutral-to-warm undertones.
Just the best product! This has become my instant new fave. Excellent color & texture, long lasting.
