I just don't understand what I did wrong here. I ordered this for my girlfriends birthday and it was sent priority. You sent the wrong item and I complained because you were holding what I paid for hostage until you got the item you sent wrong back. Which every other company on the planet would have told me to keep, so I get you to do the right thing and what do you do? You send the item I paid for, WITH PRIORITY shipping via ground advantage which we both know is much much longer.
You got your shirt back in a few days and I won't have the item I paid for, for a birthday gift until next week. 2 to 3 weeks after I was supposed to get it. Was this your way of " getting one over " on the customer who did nothing wrong but insisted you do what's right? It seems childish and it will not be overlooked. I absolutely adore Trixie Mattel but you as her staff should be ashamed of what you have done. I have bought so many items from HER store and you treated me like a thief and disrespected me. If this is how her staff are going to treat loyal customers then I'm not sure if ever want an item from Trixie Cosmetics again. You should have sent it overnight or at the least priority. That robe will always remind me of this disrespect and will not be a happy item in my home now.
