I purchased a gift card for a co worker who loves Trixie lip gloss. I was going to buy her a lip gloss but figured it would be better to let her choose one she liked. I bought one $10 gift card, then decided to get a second one so she could get at least one or two lip glosses. After I sent them, only one gift card was delivered. I sent an email about this and the customer service rep who contacted me resent both without any issues or concerns! They also did it within in a day of my original email.
